So as new patient we want you to be prepared for what you can expect during your first visit to Sierra.
We want you to understand what is included in a thorough dental examination because we believe it is vital for you to be an active participant in your oral care. That way we can work together to maintain and improve your oral health.

When we examine your mouth, we usually look for signs of tooth decay, periodontal disease, and any problems with your bite.
At Sierra it is important to us that you understand that we adhere to a strict code of ethical business conduct and respect for each and every one of our patients!

We also want you to understand that we are here to help you get the most from your insurance coverage and to help explain the benefits your plan offers.
Since you and your families Wellness is our primary goal at Sierra our treatment philosophy is based on as if every penny is coming from our own pocket. This ensures that we are not doing procedures just because the patients plan covers them! It also allows us to give the best care by providing procedures that are necessary and valued, regardless of whether insurance covers them or not.
We also can provide you with access to third party financing such as Dentalcard as well as accepting Interact Electronic Money Transfers..

Option 1 - Earn 10 Air Miles
Earn 10 AIR MILES ® reward miles when you book and keep your next hygiene appointment at Sierra. We know your time is valuable and we want to make sure you get in and out of our chairs with sparkly clean teeth as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also know that life happens… so if you need to change your appointment, don’t worry you’re still eligible to earn, simply call and reschedule. ** Reschedule must be done minimum of 10 days before your original appointment date to receive your bonus card and allow us time to manipulate our schedule to suit our guest’s needs.
Option 2 - How to Earn 25 Air Miles
Earn 25 AIR MILES ® reward miles for referring a friend, relative, co-worker or anyone you think would enjoy Sierra!! If you are a Sierra guest and have referred someone new we will send you a 25 mile bonus card. Spread the word and earn! **Unlimited earning potential, 1 bonus card per family name referred.
Option 3 - How to Earn 250 Air Miles
Earn 250 AIR MILES ® reward miles for ZOOM or tray whitening. Dazzle up your smile for summer or that special event. Graduation, wedding, family photos, reunion or just because, Sierra will make you beam. Custom made trays allow for maximal whitening potential and the convenience of at home treatments. Transform your smile and earn!
Option 4 - How to Earn 25 Air Miles
Earn 25 AIR MILES ® reward miles for your initial new patient exam at Sierra. Valid only for new patients on their initial visit!
Option 5 - How to Earn another 250 Air Miles
Earn 250 AIR MILES® reward miles for Invisalign Invisible braces when the treatment is paid for in advance.

At the Sierra Centre for Dental Wellness we want to make it convenient for you to confirm your appointment. Please simply fill out the form below and select your upcoming appointment date & time and we will mark you as confirmed in our system.
If you have any additional concerns or needs that we should be aware of, please do not hesitate to let us know so we can address your issues at the time of your appointment.

Sierra Centre - Scheduling Policy
A Special Notice to our Valued Patients
This is to inform all our Valued Patients that your pre-booked appointment time has been especially reserved for you and/or your family members.
In order to provide optimal care to ALL of our valued patients, we require at least 2 business days notification to make any schedule changes.
Unfortunately due to the inconvenience that a late cancellation causes to all our patients, staff and dentists, we are now implementing a policy whereby there will be a $100 fee charged for all appointments not cancelled 2 business days prior to the appointment date.
We require that any new patients to accept this agreement prior to your first appointment. Click here to download the Rescheduling Policy Agreement Form.

FAQ
Can I reschedule prior to the 2 business days?
Yes, we are more than happy to help you reschedule your appointment with sufficient notice.
Why do I have to pay?
Like with many events you book, e.g. travel & hotels, if your plans do change at the last moment there will be a rescheduling fee as we have already committed the staff and resources to your appointment time.
Scheduling & AIR MILES policy:
You must call us to confirm your reserved appointment at least 10 days before your appointment to receive 10 FREE AIRMILES ® reward miles.

As part of our Infection Control Procedures, we scrub our hands before and after each appointment and always put on a new pair of disposable gloves. We also wear masks and protective eyewear.
